If you do have questions or concerns, there are lots of people and organisations who can assist you.

Initially, you may want to speak to a family member, close friend, teammate or PDM. However, if you feel uncomfortable doing that, there are a number of trusted and confidential organisations you can turn to, including the PCA Confidential Helpline.

The National Gambling Helpline is a free resource for anyone worried about their gambling (0808 8020 133) and also offers face-to-face counselling. The helpline is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
