During this course, we will be giving you an outline of the wide range of sessions included in the app with our top tips on how you can use them in your everyday lives.
We recognise that one size doesnโt fit all and are aware that different approaches work for different people. By trying out a variety of techniques, you might surprise yourself and find a new strategy to support yourself or others.
We will also provide you with an insight into the support options available to you, including the in-app text coaching service – accessed directly through the app – which can help you manage your mental wellbeing, as well as providing guidance for others you may support. You donโt need to be going through challenging times to use these resources; all the techniques within the app are built to both prevent and manage mental health conditions.
